F.A.Q.

F.A.Q.

Will it open any MP3 File?
No. The program is designed to work exclusively with Wave files. Any Wave file with 1 to 8 audio tracks in it should run in Dub-it.

I have a Evolution UC-33 controller but the program does not respond to it. What should I do?
Make sure you are working with the factory preset 3 on the UC-33. For more information, please refer to page 22 of your UC33 manual.

I have a Wii remote control but I can’t hear the dub siren.
The problem here can be caused by several reasons. First of all, please check your remote batteries. You should also check if your Bluetooth port is active. When connecting your Wii remote, your computer should also be capable of detecting it in the Bluetooth menu. If it finally appears on the list, you should be able to connect it by simply pressing the “connect” button on the Dub-it platform.

Where is the recorded sound file found after recording a session?
When you start recording a session, a Wave file is automatically created at the same location where the application is found. The file should be called “Record.wave”, so you can also try to search it in your explorer.

Can I change the sound samples available?
No. There are four samples added that can be triggered by your computer keyboard keys A, S, D, and F. These cannot be changed because there are already inside the software. If you want them changed in your version, send me an email with the new samples and I can have it ready in a couple of minutes.

Something is not working right.
If you come across any bug or problem please report them to me so I can try and fix it. I am also available for suggestions and upgrades that you might think would be a good asset to this software.
